WORLD GOLF TOUR™ EXPANDS BOARD OF DIRECTORS, ADVISORY BOARD Golf Experts Join the World Golf Tour Community

SAN FRANCISCO (October 6, 2008) – World Golf Tour (WGT), the world's most authentic online golf experience, today announced that it has added Frank Biondi, Bong Suh, Bernie Stolar and Gokul Rajaram, to its advisory board. The company has also named Ken Solomon to its board of directors. In addition, WGT has tapped golf experts, Peter Kessler and Josh Zander to contribute to its online community.

As a newly appointed member to WGT's board of directors and an investor, Ken Solomon has more than 20 years of experience in cable, new media, TV distribution and advertising. Solomon's experience includes top positions at Universal Television, DreamWorks, News Corp., and Scripps. Currently, the chairman and CEO of the Tennis Channel, Solomon founded the Fine Living Network, which he developed from concept to launch, in little over a year.

"I am delighted to become a part of the World Golf Tour team," said Ken Solomon, CEO of Tennis Channel. "World Golf Tour is bringing something fresh and innovative to the world of golf, and I'm pleased to be an integral part of the company's journey to success defining the new model for sports media."

Frank Biondi, an investor, joins the WGT advisory board and is currently a member of Yahoo!'s board of directors, as well as senior managing director of WaterView Advisors LLC, a private equity limited partnership focused on media and entertainment. Also an investor, Bong Suh joins the WGT advisory board, and in the past has served as BuyDirect's CEO until its acquisition by Beyond.com. In previous careers, Bong worked both as a mergers & acquisition banker at Robertson, Stephens & Company and also served as senior vice president of corporate development for CNET Inc. Gokul Rajaram, known as one of the original founders for Google's AdSense, as an investor will serve as an advisor on the board. Rajaram also serves on the board of Tumri, a display advertising startup. Bernie Stolar, who was most recently chairman of in-game advertiser Adscape at Google and former executive vice president of Sony Computer Entertainment and president of SEGA of America, has joined WGT to advise on all gaming-related matters.

"By working with people like Frank, Bernie, Bong, Ken and Gokul, our dream of creating the most comprehensive online golf experience is within sight. Their dedication, support and expertise have helped make World Golf Tour a recognizable brand," said YuChiang Cheng, CEO of World Golf Tour. "We are excited to give golf enthusiasts around the world a new place to experience and enjoy all the sport has to offer."

WGT has also attracted the likes of Peter Kessler and Josh Zander. Each playing a unique role in the WGT community, Kessler, golf historian, current XM Radio personality and former host of the Golf Channel, will be bridging the gap between professional golf and virtual gaming by acting as WGT's ambassador to Professional Golf. Kessler will be blogging on WGT's site as well as producing video content for WGT players and offering a behind-the-curtain look the game's most fascinating characters, tours, championships and history.

Josh Zander, a 'Class A' PGA teaching professional at Stanford University Golf Course and Presidio Golf Course, will be joining the WGT community as a blogger. Zander will offer tips on how players can improve their real and virtual games, share advice on golf swing dynamics and co-market his mysmartgolf.com game improvement system. He was voted one of the top 20 teachers under the age of 40 in America. He was also recognized as one of the best teachers in the State of California and as a top-ranked instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area by Golf Digest.
